• The $100 fee is non-refundable once paid.
• The fee covers travel and dispatch only and does not apply toward IV services.
• Remaining balance for IV services is due at the time of treatment.
• If your address is outside our service area, you will be contacted before confirmation.
• Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the service fee.
• Severe weather or unsafe travel conditions may require rescheduling for safety.
