Hormone Optimization at Peak HRT

Hormone imbalances do not happen overnight, and they are rarely isolated to just one hormone. At Peak HRT, we treat the entire hormonal system, not just a lab number.

Our approach is rooted in physiology, individualized care, and long-term health optimization.

If you feel like “you’re not yourself anymore,” your hormones may be part of the picture.

Hormones do not work in isolation.

We evaluate and optimize:

  • Sex hormones
  • Thyroid function
  • Adrenal health
  • Metabolic markers
  • Inflammatory markers
  • Nutrient status
  • Cardiovascular risk

Our goal is not simply to raise hormone levels — it is to restore physiologic balance, symptom relief, and long-term health.

We work with adult men and women who want to restore vitality, strength, clarity, and performance — not just maintain at the “average”.

Our patients often include:

  • Active professionals and athletes
  • High performers experiencing unexplained fatigue or decline
  • Perimenopausal and menopausal women
  • Men with symptoms of testosterone deficiency
  • Patients frustrated with being told their labs are “normal” despite symptoms

We do not practice cookie-cutter hormone replacement. Every plan is individualized.

Medical Weight Loss & Body Composition Optimization

Weight loss is not simply about willpower, calories, or exercise. It is a hormonal, metabolic, inflammatory, and mitochondrial process.

At Peak HRT, we do not chase the scale — we restore the systems that control fat loss, muscle preservation, and metabolic efficiency.

Our Medical Weight Loss Approach

We use a comprehensive, physiology-based strategy:

1. Hormonal Optimization

Sex hormones, thyroid hormones, and adrenal function strongly regulate fat storage, muscle retention, and metabolic rate.

We optimize hormones to restore metabolic signaling.

2. Metabolic & Insulin Assessment

We evaluate insulin sensitivity, glucose regulation, and metabolic markers to identify insulin resistance early.

3. Mitochondrial Support

Fat loss occurs inside the mitochondria. If cellular energy production is impaired, fat oxidation is inefficient.

By improving mitochondrial function, we enhance your ability to burn fat and preserve muscle.

4. Body Composition Tracking

Using InBody and Styku body composition analysis, we monitor:

  • Fat mass
  • Lean body mass
  • Skeletal muscle mass
  • Body fat percentage
  • Visceral fat
  • Water balance
  • Fat distribution
  • Muscle distribution
  • Basal metabolic rate (BMI): calories burned at rest
  • Body Measurements

5. Medical Therapy When Appropriate

For patients who qualify, we may utilize evidence-based medical weight loss therapies to improve appetite regulation, insulin sensitivity, and metabolic control.

These therapies are used as tools — not crutches — within a long-term metabolic plan.

6. Nutrition and Recovery Strategy

We prioritize:

  • Adequate nutrient intake
  • Muscle preservation
  • Recovery optimization
  • Sustainable lifestyle strategies

No extreme restriction. No crash dieting.

What Our Patients Experience

Patients commonly report:

  • Improved appetite control
  • Reduced cravings
  • Increased energy
  • Better workout performance
  • Fat loss with muscle preservation
  • Improved confidence and motivation

Weight Loss With Purpose

Our goal is not just to make you lighter.

Our goal is to make you:

  • Stronger
  • Healthier
  • More physically functional
  • More metabolically resilient
  • Hormone optimized
  • Have long term sustainable results

Weight loss results vary by individual. Medical therapies are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and require ongoing monitoring.

Step 1: Book your Comprehensive Lab Evaluation

You will complete a full hormone and health panel tailored to your goals and symptoms. This provides a 360-degree view of your internal physiology.

We do not rely on minimal or outdated panels.

An initial InBody composition scan is completed at your initial lab work appointment.

Step 2: In-Depth Consultation

Your consultation includes:

  • Review of symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals
  • Detailed lab interpretation
  • Education on what your labs mean in the context of how you feel
  • Discussion of root causes

You will understand why you feel the way you do.

Step 3: Personalized Treatment Plan

Your plan may include:

  • Hormone replacement or optimization therapy
  • Peptide therapy
  • Nutritional and supplement guidance
  • Lifestyle and recovery strategies
  • Weight-loss or metabolic support when appropriate

All therapies are individualized, evidence-informed, and aligned with your personal goals.

Step 4: Ongoing Monitoring & Optimization

Hormone therapy is not a one-time decision — it is a guided process.

We provide:

  • Scheduled lab monitoring
  • Symptom-based adjustments
  • Long-term safety oversight
  • Performance and wellness optimization

Your plan evolves as your body responds.

Peak HRT is a private, cash-based medical practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide comprehensive lab testing, longer consultations, and truly individualized, prevention-focused care without insurance restrictions.

HSA or FSA payments are accepted.

Why This Matters

Most patients have been told their labs are “normal” while they still feel exhausted, unmotivated, or unlike themselves.

Our process goes beyond reference ranges — we evaluate how your body is functioning in real life.

To ensure the most accurate and meaningful results, proper preparation is essential.

Please follow these guidelines:

✔ Fast for 12 hours

No food for 12 hours prior to your blood draw.

✔ Stay well hydrated

Drink plenty of water the day before and the morning of your appointment. Proper hydration improves blood flow and lab accuracy.

✔ Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior

Alcohol can alter liver enzymes, inflammatory markers, and hormone levels.

✔ Avoid intense exercise for 24 hours prior

Heavy training can temporarily elevate inflammatory and muscle markers.

✔ Take medications as prescribed unless instructed otherwise

Do not stop any prescribed medications unless specifically directed by your provider.

✔ Hold supplements the morning of labs

Unless otherwise instructed, avoid taking vitamins or supplements the morning of your blood draw.

✔ Schedule morning appointments when possible

Hormone levels are best assessed in the morning for optimal interpretation.

Lab accuracy directly affects your diagnosis and treatment plan. Following these steps allows us to create the most precise and individualized recommendations possible.
