Becca is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in medical research, fitness, and nutrition. She holds a Master’s degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and completed her Nurse Practitioner training at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. As a competitive bodybuilder, fitness coach, and expert in weight loss and body recomposition, Becca brings a unique, results-driven approach to health optimization. Through Peak TRT, her mission is to blend evidence-based medicine with lifestyle strategies to help men and women prevent disease, age vibrantly, and perform at their highest level.
