Peak HRT is a cash-pay clinic and does not bill insurance directly. Some services may qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement; you are responsible for verifying eligibility with your plan administrator.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time, or failure to show up, may incur a fee. Specific cancellation fees are disclosed at the time of booking.
Service fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered. Pre-paid packages and memberships are governed by the specific terms provided at the time of purchase. If you have a concern about a service you received, please contact us promptly so we can address it.
