NAD+: THE RECOVERY MOLECULE

What is NAD+?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is an essential coenzyme involved in over 500 biochemical reactions in the human body. As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline—contributing to fatigue, poor recovery, brain fog, and slower metabolism. By restoring NAD+ levels through targeted injections, you may experience noticeable improvements in energy, cognition, and overall vitality.

Benefits of NAD+ Injections:

  • Improved mitochondrial energy production
  • Increased mental focus and clarity
  • Faster post-exercise recovery
  • Enhanced DNA repair and cellular detoxification
  • Anti-aging support and metabolic regulation

Ideal for:

  • Busy professionals
  • Athletes
  • Individuals feeling run down, mentally foggy, or recovering from illness or travel

hOW IS THE INJECTION ADMINISTERED?

NAD⁺ is injected subcutaneously (just under the skin) in a quick and comfortable in-office visit. No IV or downtime required.

How often should I get NAD⁺ injections?

Frequency depends on your goals. For general wellness and anti-aging, 1–2 injections per week is common. For recovery, burnout, or jet lag, more frequent dosing may be used short term.

Are there any side effects?

NAD⁺ is generally well tolerated. Some people may feel mild flushing, nausea, or warmth during or after the injection—especially at higher doses. These effects are temporary and rare with subcutaneous delivery. We offer different dosages based on your needs and tolerance.

Who should not use NAD⁺?

NAD⁺ therapy may not be appropriate for individuals with active cancer, severe liver or kidney issues, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please talk with your provider to confirm that NAD⁺ is a safe fit for your goals.

Glutathione: The Master Antioxidant

What is glutathione?

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant naturally produced in the liver, made from three amino acids: glutamine, glycine, and cysteine. It plays a key role in neutralizing oxidative stress, detoxifying harmful compounds, and supporting immune and mitochondrial function.

Levels of glutathione decline with age, illness, stress, and environmental toxin exposure—making supplementation a valuable option for those wanting to optimize recovery, cellular repair, and skin health.

Benefits of Glutathione

  • Reduces oxidative stress and inflammation
  • Supports liver detox and tissue repair
  • Promotes brighter, clearer skin
  • Boosts immunity and cellular recovery
  • Enhances post-exercise or post-illness healing

Ideal for:

  • Individuals under chronic stress
  • Athletes or physically active individuals
  • Those recovering from illness or toxic exposures
  • Patients pursuing longevity, beauty, or skin health support

HOW IS THE INJECTION ADMINISTERED?

Glutathione is injected intramuscularly (IM) in a fast, well-tolerated office visit. No IV or downtime required. Injections are typically given in the deltoid or gluteal muscle using a sterile technique for rapid absorption.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET GLUTATHIONE INJECTIONS?

Frequency depends on your needs:

  • For wellness and detox: 1–2 times weekly
  • For skin brightening: 2–3 times weekly
  • For illness recovery or immune support: up to 3 times weekly short term

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

Glutathione is generally well tolerated. Some patients may experience mild soreness at the injection site or temporary flushing. These side effects are rare and resolve quickly.

WHO SHOULD NOT USE GLUTATHIONE?

Glutathione therapy may not be appropriate for individuals with active cancer, severe liver or kidney disease, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please talk with your provider to confirm Glutathione is a safe fit for your goals.
